My work aims to access our conscious and unconscious universe within. The nature of our unseen inner world is elusive and difficult to represent. I rely at times on observing the negative in order to define the positive. I sometimes use autobiographical elements that I consider universal. And I work in series to refine meaning. Once some of our complex psychological mechanisms are embodied in visual language they become easier to understand and hence open to the possibility of change.

Biography

Born in Narbonne, France. Lives and works in London since 1987. Currently teaching at The Royal Drawing School, London.
